Description:

Design-Builder shall furnish all design, construction, and commissioning of the community pool facility. Upon completion of the project, the Design-Builder will provide a fully functional, turn-key facility.  Design-Builder shall provide supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, obtaining all required permits, and performing all operations required to construct the Town of Medley Capital Improvements Project Number CR-0227, Medley Tobie Wilson Park Community Pool in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The Design-Builder will be responsible for the development and preparation of all construction documents from the Design Criteria Package provided by the TOWN.

The project work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a swimming pool, pool deck, Restroom Building, Picnic Area and Parking Lot. The Restroom building contains; men’s and women’s restrooms, an outdoor shower, outdoor lockers, a pool equipment room, an electrical room, a storage room and Janitor’s Closet.

Design-Builder shall be responsible for complying with the requirements of all regulatory agencies and applicable laws; coordinating with all impacted utility owners.
