The City of Etowah, TN is currently soliciting bids for demolition and site restoration of the following locations until Friday, March 5^th, 2021 at 10 a.m. 

·        312 Athens Pike.  Etowah, TN 37331 (Parcel ID: 107J D 062.00)

 

SCOPE OF WORK

1)      Demolition/ removal of structure and removal of all debris. (Including all footers and any concrete on property)

2)      Debris will be removed and dumped at cost of contractor.  No container nor hauling of said debris will be completed by the City of Etowah. 

3)      Site is to be back filled as needed, leveled, seeded and strawed.

4)      Work must be completed within 10 days after the start date listed within Contract. (April 5^th, 2021)

 

Requirements:

·         Any bidding contractor shall submit the following documents with bids

o   Copy of current State Contractor License

o   Copy of all State and Local business licenses.

o   Copy of current Certificate of Insurance

§  Commercial Liability ($1,000,000.00 Limit)

§  Workers Compensation (Statutory Limit)

§  Automobile Liability ($1,000,000.00 Limit)

o   Copy of CDL license for all operators that will be on site

o   Listing of all equipment and employees that will be used to provide said services. (Employee listing will be accepted as anticipated with updates if awarded contract.)

o   Proof of Title VI policy

o   Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit

o   Iran Divestment Act

Contractors shall not be allowed to remove any items from sites for their own profit.
