Description: This project consists of improvements and demolition to the City of Lakeland’s sanitary sewer system. Improvements include point repairs at the following addresses: 9200 Fletcher Trace Parkway, 9922 Woodland Bend Drive, and 9674 Valkrie Lane. Improvements also includes the rehabilitation of a manhole located behind 1000 Woodland Bend Cove. The demolition needed is that of a Lift Station that is no longer in use located in front of 4820 Maple Walk Drive.
