    A.  Maintenance for a one-year time period.
    B.  3 air sampling tests that are scheduled 90 days apart.  With the first beginning 30 days after award of the bid.
    C.  Cartridge/filter changes
    D.  Oil
    E.  Labor Rates
      ---Emergency Call outs (define emergency)
      ---Mileage rate (if applicable)
      ---Travel rate hourly (if applicable)
    F.  Additional obligate cost (if applicable)

Parts and oils must be OEM to the manufacture of the compressor.

Technicians must be qualified to work on the various makes and models.
