Response: Permitting for the project is complete so a kickoff meeting will be held after contract execution. Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be discussed during kickoff meeting. County anticipates construction commencement taking place mid-January. Time for substantial completion is 90 days after NTP, and final completion will be 30 days following final inspection.
