Description: The City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) from qualified vendors for professional management and administrative services related to the implementation of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and other programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other agencies issuing funds for Community Development efforts. Such services will include planning, preparing and assistance with implementing a HUD Five-Year (2020-2025) Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan, updating the Citizen’s Participation Plan, and an Analysis to Impediments. Services will also include researching, application assistance, reporting assistance, and training in monitoring and IDIS reporting with oversight of HUD federal grant programs.
