Description:
The Jones County Board of Commissioners
is requesting proposals from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firms for
the construction of additions and renovations to the existing Jones County Jail
and Sheriff’s Office. Upon completion of
a review of proposals received, the County anticipates awarding a contract for
pre-construction services, and, at the County’s discretion, a subsequent
contract for construction of the expansion.
Interested firms should submit the materials requested in the RFP no
later than 3:00 PM on Thursday April 3rd. Please contact Leslie Faulk via e-mail at leslie.faulk@jonescountyga.org
to receive a RFP package.
The Jones County Board of
Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to
waive minor irregularities or to select the proposal that is in the best
interest of the Jones County Board of Commissioners.
