Description: BID NOTICE The Union County Highway Department is now accepting sealed bids for the following items:  Grading C, Grading E, Grading Modified BM, Grading CW, and Grading 411D Hot Mix Asphalt.  The purchase of approximately 20,000 gallons of gasoline and approximately 30,000 gallons of diesel fuel. Contract will be for a period of one year, beginning January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Bid packet of detailed specifications and/or requirements may be obtained by email to anndyer@unioncountytn.org or found on the Finance website at http://www.unioncountytn.com/board.php?page=countyfinance All sealed bids should be submitted to Union County Finance Office, 300 Main Street, Maynardville, TN 37807 ATTN: Bid 49 -HWY 2018 by 3:00 p.m. December 28, 2017. Please note on the outside of your sealed bid, the product for which you are submitting a bid. The bids will be opened immediately following the close of the bids. Union County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
