Description: Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“Board”) of the Peralta Community College District (“District”) will receive, by electronic submission, bids for the following project, Student Center Interim Project, iBid No. 21-22/07. The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to provide rubber wall base as needed and replace flooring of the 2nd Floor Laney College Student Center with Linoleum, Bio-Based or VCT tiles. Work shall be completed within 75 consecutive calendar days from the District’s Notice to Proceed. See Exhibit #A for existing floor plans and Exhibit #B for District Flooring Criteria.

Response: Yes, per Exhibit A, the area outlined in red is the full area of work. Demo and disposal of existing floor is required.
