Description: The City of Doral is seeking bids from contractors for a qualified provider of solid waste collection and recycling services at City facilities. Proposers shall be responsible for all labor, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, materials, services and incidentals necessary to perform the services described herein.

It is the City’s intent to select one (1) Contractor to perform contracted services for the scope of this solicitation. The City reserves the right to award to more than one (1) contractor, if necessary and to remove any portion of this project should it deem it to be in the best interest of the City.
