Description: Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the municipally owned Raton Public Service Company (RPS), operating out of Raton, New Mexico, for the purchase of 5 pad-mount and 85 pole-mount transformers in preparation for a circuit voltage conversion project. See "Specifications" section in bid invitation for more details.

Sealed bids will be received until October 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Clerk/Chief Procurement Officer as follows:

All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time in the City Commission Chambers located at 224 Savage Avenue. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. RPS reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of RPS.
