** The District will receive up to, but not later than Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 2:00:00 pm sealed Bid Proposals at Torrance Unified School District, Purchasing Department, North of 2336 Plaza del Amo, Torrance, CA  90501  (mailing address: 2335 Plaza del Amo) **

-- Prequalification - All Bidding Contractors must prequalify.  Subcontractors with A or B licenses must prequalify.  To prequalify you submit a complete prequalification package through PQBids websit: https://pqbids.com/Torrance-usd/  no later than ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening.
