Description: Alabama A&M University (“University”, “Awarding Authority”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide the University with two (2) Advent 6L golf carts according to specs, or an approved equal per the guidance found in the State of Alabama Attorney General’s Opinion 2006-098. All other specifications are to be standard issue. Awarded vendor must have its proposed vehicle ready for Alabama A&M University to acquire within sixty (20) calendar days after notice of bid award.
