Response: No, one primary vendor shall provide all products.

Question: NWGA has a column on the bid that says Fixed Fee Per Carton (+). Do you know what this is for?
Response: Please see the Addendum 3 document.

Question: Currently we have an item listed with an old item code on line 322 item 0-316 (99894), would it be possible to update this to the new current item code (91894)? Will new samples need to be sent in for this product?
Response: If the change was just an item code change, there is no need for samples. However, if there was a formulation change in the product please advise.

Question: Do you still want the bid hand delivered or a usb since the bid is on Bonfire?
Response: All bids must hand-delivered or mailed to the address stated in the RFP.
