Description: Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) requests written Technical and Price Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide the services, repairs, parts and equipment generally described in this notice and more specifically in the maintenance services of a qualified firm to ensure the operation of CFX’s Photovoltaic (PV) Infrastructure.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: MANDATORY SCOPE OF SERVICES MEETING: CFX will convene a mandatory Scope of Services meeting for interested firms on May 15, 2025. The meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m., Orlando local time, in CFX’s office at 4974 ORL Tower Road, Orlando, Florida 32807. Interested parties may participate in person or virtually by utilizing the link in the RFP or phone number and conference id. Representatives of CFX will be present to discuss the project. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the requirements of the project in an open forum. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is a prerequisite for proposal submission.
