The scope of work includes demolition and removal of all deteriorated wood and hardware from the airboat cross-over (L76) and airboat ramp (SR512). Once all wood is removed, reconstruct/resurface the cross-over/ramp with new composite decking or marine grade pressure treated lumber and stainless-steel anchors as noted in the Task Identification

 The engineer's construction estimate for the project is $80,000.00.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for November 17, 2020, at 10:00a.m., at SR512 off SR60 (Please see map attached to Statement of Work). The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to clarify requirements of this solicitation and to view the current project site conditions. Please be aware of the current CDC guidelines for COVID-19, including but not limited to the following: • Do not attend this meeting if you are feeling ill or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms • Practice social distancing while in attendance • Consider wearing a mask if not social distancing Note: It is recommended that you bring your own pen for the District’s sign-in sheet for attendees.
