Description: The Town of Juno Beach will be receiving bids from qualified contractors to Renovate the
Pelican Lake Gazebo –Located at 340 Ocean Drive, in Juno Beach. This project will
include, but is not limited to, demolishing, removing and replacing the wood deck structure
and replacing the deck with new sub-structure and composite decking. Additional measures to
repair deterioration on the piles shall be taken by installing collar footers and Sikagrout328
per the engineered drawings by Archetype Engineering & Architecture.
Interested firms shall submit one (1) original copy of their bid in an envelope bearing the name
and address of the firm and the words “Pelican Lake Gazebo Renovation” to the Town of
Juno Beach, 340 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, Florida 33408 by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January
9, 2026.
The Invitation to Bid is open to inspection and may be obtained at the Town of Juno Beach,
340 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, Florida 33408, on the Town’s website www.juno-beach.fl.us,
Palm Beach County’s legal notices online or by contacting Andrea Dobbins, Project/Risk
Manager, at (561) 656-0326 or adobbins@juno-beach.fl.us.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing date for the
receipt of Bids except as otherwise provided in the Instructions to Bidders and Terms and
Conditions.
The Town of Juno Beach reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities,
and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder
as determined solely by the Town.
