Description: The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department (County) is requesting competitive sealed Proposals in support for Cherokee County Fire Station 21 Kitchen Remodel as the base work contemplated in this RFP. The County is requesting an option for bathroom remodels to be exercised at the discretion of the County, as described herein. Bidder must be a General Contractor.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 7/7/2017 2:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at Station 21 on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 2:00PM at 1190 Evenflo Drive, Ball Ground, GA 30107. In addition to the mandatory pre-bid meeting, there will be an opportunity to visit Station 22 which has the same kitchen layout, with the exception of a different American Range. This is an opportunity to see the expected outcome that is described in the statement of work and although strongly encouraged is not mandatory. Station 22 is located at 9550 Bells Ferry Road, Canton, GA 30114 and will be available for review about 25-30 minutes after the Station 21 meeting.
