Question: Under the timeline section, items 5 and 6, we have basically 3 working days to submit our RFP by 12/1/21. What information is to be included in the RFP?

Question: Under general requirements section, item F - since we are required to submit company financial information, we would like to know who is on the PRB board.
Response: Financial information will only be reviewed by Lindbergh Schools CFO, Joël Scheible. Financial information may be submitted through Vendor Registry or emailed directly to joelscheible@lindberghschools.ws

Question: Under scope of work section, items A and B - please clarify what contract agreement will be used for this project (2009 or 2019)?
Response: The contract agreement will be AIA A133-2019.

Question: What is the proposed schedule/timeline for preconstruction and construction for the project?
Response: Our anticipated date is June 2022 pending building permits and construction documents.

Question: Is it possible to schedule a site walk prior to submission?
Response: Per Board Policy - After the opening of the qualifications the Board, Superintendent or designee will select five or fewer CMARs, based solely on qualifications, to submit additional information including the proposed fee and price for fulfilling the general conditions. These finalist firms will be contacted on or before November 24th. A site walk for finalists is tentatively scheduled for Monday, November 29th at 4:00 pm.
