Will a hard copy proof with out the UV coat and PUR glue be acceptable? if no, do you want a proof completely done?

Response: #1) YES, #2) NO, Folds to 8.5" X 11", #3) YES, 8.5" X 11" is finished size. 4) Yes, a hard copy proof w/o the UV Coat and PUR glue will be acceptable. A Proof does not have to be completely done.

Response: Two (2) 11" x 17" sheets folded in half to make a 4-page brochure plus cover which is the equivalent to Eight (8) 8.5" x 11" sheets plus cover

Question: Are the sizes listed in "Job Specifications 1: Brochure" and "Job Specifications 2: Brochure" the flat size? The finished folded size for Job 1 will be 8.5x11 and the finished saddle stitched size for job 2 will be 8.5x5.5. Please let me know.

Response: The sizes listed in Job Specifications 1: Brochure is the flat size. Yes, the folded size for each page will be 8.5" x 11" for Job Specifications 1. No, Job Specifications 2's folded page size is 8.5" x 11".

Response: The No. 2 brochure is eight (8) pages total, so it would be correct to say four (4) pages of 100# gloss text and four (4) pages of 80# gloss cover.

Question: The Answers to questions 4 & 5 seem to be conflicting. On Job Spec 2: Should it be 4 pages of 100# gloss text and 4 pages of 80# gloss cover or 8 pages of 100 # gloss text + the 4 pages of 80 # gloss cover. Some clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Response: The Director of Admissions aided me in confirming that: For Job Specification #2, there is a 11" x 17" Front and Back 100# page with gloss text. There is also 11" x 17" Front and Back 80# page with gloss text. I hope this answers the question. Question: I've bid on thousands of government jobs and not had to submit a check before. I believe I've done a bond before where I got something from my insurance company. Do I really need to cut a check? Will something from my insurance company? Is this really necessary to do either?

Response: A bid bond is not required and should not be provided in each vendor's bid.
