Question: On the 30" Directional Bore near the intersection of Orangeburg Rd and Berlin G Myers. Would the engineer allow the bore to begin at station 189+10 and the receiving pit to be moved to where the plan set calls out to begin HDD station 184+30? This would allow the pipe string to conflict with 1 residence instead of the string interfering with Berlin G Myers and numerous residents.
