Description: Project consists of making life safety improvement in specific area of the main school building.  The work is comprised of spray fireproofing on a specific overhead beam at 2-hr separation wall, along with adding an additional layer of GWB on each side of that same partition, providing new labeling above the ceilings for a specific fire ratings at specific locations, and removal of an interior door and filling in opening with rated partition.  The electrical scope of work includes removal of exit signs with new LED exit signs along with the addition of emergency lighting in specific locations throughout the building.
