Description: Sealed proposals for the Orchard Valley Clubhouse Flooring Improvement Project shall be received at the Cole Center, 101 West Illinois Avenue., Aurora, IL 60506 until Monday, March 6th, 2017, 2:00 p.m. (local time). Bids must be received in a sealed envelope addressed with the name of the Bidder, Owner, Project name, and date and time of the Bid. The work generally consists of flooring removal and installation.
