Overview: In accordance with RFQ/P #2024-25/002 "Construction Management Services" Salinas City Elementary School District Board of Education has designated the following management firms for Measure G and H Bond Program and Projects: TBK Construction Management Corporation, K12 Consulting Group, and Premier Management Group.

Question: Given the extensive information requested in the RFQ/P, including litigation history, financials, and contract exceptions. Would the District consider allowing these specific sections to be included as appendices and excluded from the overall page count? Alternatively, would the District consider extending the proposal page limit? Lastly, could you please confirm whether the table of contents is included in the page count?
Response: In order to address the concern above, the RFQ/P has been amended to extend the submittal page limit from thirty (30) single-sided pages to a maximum of fifty (50) single-sided pages. The additional twenty (20) pages should provide sufficient space to fully present all the requested information. The Table of Contents is excluded from the total page limit count.
