Question: On Page 9 of the RFP under Web-based Project Management Experience: The Bidder should have at least two years of experience in managing a project on an online management website for electronic distribution of project documents, submittals, RFIs, invoices correspondence etc. Provide evidence of online management program(s) utilized during construction for your past projects. Besides the PM and Superintendent resumes, are you requesting additional resumes for this requirement?
Response: Anyway you can provide evidence, not limited to resume.

Question: Pursuant to the Guidance Memorandum dated May 25, 2022 issued by the Department of Defense (“Guidance on Inflation and Economic Price Adjustment), will the Government be utilizing an Economic Price Adjustment (“EPA”) provision on this project? If so, are there specific items, materials, or equipment the EPA will apply to? If the Government is not considering utilizing an EPA provision, we request that the Government include such a provision to prevent volatility and mitigate financial harm imposed on Contractors on Fixed Price contracts due to the current high inflation environment.

Question: The plans state that there was a Hazmat report done by Aerosol. I do not see this report in the plans or docs. Do we need to contact Aerosol to get these reports or will they be provided on the Vendor Registry by Arlington County?
Response: Arlington County is preforming all Hazmat remediation prior to the start of this project

Question: The spec book calls for a web based project software to be provided by the GC. The 5 that are spec-ed are Corecon, Meridian, Newforma, Procore, and Viewpoint. Are these our only options? Our company uses a project software program that does EVERYTHING Procore does. Will we be allowed to use It?

Question: The Bid Form states, on Page 4, that the Bidder’s obtained project experience shall consist of ”Building interior renovation work including updated mechanical system ADA improvements.” Does this mean that the renovation work should include BOTH updated mechanical systems and ADA improvements? Please clarify.
Response: The scope is clearly defined in the drawing.

Response: The window type 3 as shown on A2.01 is no longer in the project scope. Type G1 glass is no longer in the project scope. Jamb type J3 is no longer in the project scope.
