The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids from licensed utility contractors via a virtual Teams meeting at its offices located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. local time, for W.B.
