Question: The contract specifies sweeping and pressure washing of asphalt parking lots which is unusual. Is this correct or should these asphalt parking lots only be swept?
Response: Yes, surface parking lots must be swept and pressure washed. Please reference the Scope of Work, the Surface Parking lots are to be swept and pressure washed using a ride-on street sweeper.
