Description: Dorchester County invites Qualifications/Proposals from Firms with the experience, capabilities, and qualified available staff to provide Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for the new Emergency Operations Center and 911 Communications Building. This facility is estimated to be between 12,000-15,000 square feet when completed. The firm that will be selected must be qualified and experienced in developing design plans and specification requirements for this building. The design services to be provided shall include all applicable design disciplines required for the scope of services.
