Malwarebytes Anti-Virus

Barton County is accepting proposals for Malwarebytes Anti-Virus Software for all County Computers and Servers.

SCOPE:  Barton County manages 240 computers and 12 servers that need active Anti-Virus software for protection.

BUDGET: Barton County IT last renewed this in 2018 for 3 years. Barton County IT would recommend we renew this for another 3 years.

TIMELINE: All proposals will be reviewed by the Barton County IT Director after the filing deadline and then presented to the County Commissioners during their next available study session. The successful vendor will then be contacted and a formal agreement signed.

The proposal must include the following:

1.             240 Licenses for Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection (PN: EPP36N100)

2.             12 Licenses for Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers with Standard Support (PN: EDRSNC36N1)

3.             Malwarebytes Premium Support Standard (PN: MPSNC36S01)

Vendors may receive electronic notifications and submit bids online at www.bartoncounty.org, by clicking on the Procurement tab located in the upper right hand corner of the home page.  Bids should be submitted at www.bartoncounty.org through the online Procurement portal no later than (Noon)12:00 p.m., on April, 7th 2021.  It is anticipated that the Commission will review the bids on April 12th, 2021, and awarded no later than April 26th, 2021.
