Pre-Bid Meeting Details: This is non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at Lanier Elementary School, but all prospective bidders are urged to attend to familiarize themselves with the size and scope of work to be performed. Failure to do so will be at the bidder's risk. Bidder shall not assert after submission of their bid that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done. This will be the only time that bidders can view the site with a representative from the School Department available to explain all the areas that require mowing, trimming, and weeding.
