The Torrance Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified entities to enter into a real estate Exchange Agreement. In sum, the Exchange Agreement will establish the process by which the selected entity will take ownership of the District’s Hamilton Adult Center Site, located at 2606 182 nd Street Torrance, CA 90504 to create and implement a residential development. In exchange for the Hamilton Site, the selected firm will provide to the District property and/or exchange funds of equal value to complete the property exchange process. The specific requirements and conditions of the proposed exchange agreement are established through the District’s Request for Statement of Qualifications & Proposals (RFQ/P). As set forth in the RFQ/P, all questions regarding the property, proposed exchange agreement, and RFQ/P must be directed to the District Contact, and all Final Proposals must be received by
the District no later than Friday, March 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (PST).
