Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County (Board) is seeking proposals from entities with demonstrated experience in providing and maintaining a commercially configurable web-based and mobile app Scheduling and Operations Management solution. The proposed solution should provide Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT and Escambia County Community Transportation (ECCT) [Hereafter known as ECAT/ECCT] with the ability to build or modify new routes, complete run cut and bidding processes, dispatch, maintain, and manage its operators and vehicles, and timekeeping functions. The proposed solution needs to be scalable in regard to the number of buses and operators that it can manage, as ECAT expects growth in both areas in the coming years.
