Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 125.35, Fla. Stat., that Santa Rosa County owns a certain parcel of property consisting of 33.5 acres of vacant industrial land located at the northerly terminus of Transition Road through the Santa Rosa County Industrial Park, near Milton Florida (the "Subject Property"). Santa Rosa County is willing to consider bids or proposals for the sale of the Subject Property. Persons or entities interested in the acquisition of the Subject Property shall submit written bids or proposals for the purchase of the property by 4:30 pm CT on March 1, 2021 to the County Administrator, 6495 Caroline St., Suite D; Milton, Florida 32583. The sale of the Subject Property shall be for fair market value of the Subject Property or for such price or consideration which the County, in its sole discretion, deems to be in its best interest. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any or all parties that submit a bid or proposal for the acquisition of the Subject Property or to reject all bids and proposals and withdraw the Subject Property from sale.
