In reference to 3.2.7.1 Does Calhoun County Public Health Department have a preferred make/model for the "portable exam table"? 4. In reference to 3.2.7.1 Does Calhoun County Public Health Department have a preferred make/model for the "small refrigerator and normal biologic freezer"? 5. In reference to 3.2.8.1 Will Calhoun County Public Health accept a vehicle not equipped with LED strip scene lights? Instead vendor shall provide K90 LED scene lights. 6. In reference to 3.2.8.2 Please define preferred dimensions. 7. In reference to 3.2.8.5 Will a 7kW generator be accepted in lieu of a 5500-watt generator? 8. Response: 1. A white body will be accepted. 2. Ref. 3.2.5 & 3.2.6: The door to the rear of the van needs to be the wheelchair lift door. 3. Ref. 3.2.7.1: There is no preferred make/model. 4. Ref. 3.2.7.1: The refrigerator and freezer must be biological/pharmaceutical grade. No preferred make/model. 5. Ref 3.2.8.1: We will accept X LED lights. 6. Ref 3.2.8.2: The dimensions are approximately 26x19x18. 7. Ref 3.2.8.5 A 7kW generator will be accepted. 8. Ref: 3.2.8.11: An electric awning would be accepted.

Response: A floor plan or CAD drawing is not available. RFB responses are requested to include a drawing of the proposed vehicle.

Question: Two Exam rooms are being requested. One in the front and one in the rear. Does this mean no waiting area is required? Is it acceptable that when making entry into the vehicle patients/staff will be walking straight into the front exam room? Please clarify.
