City of Alamogordo is seeking a
Contractor(s) to perform HVAC maintenance, repair services, or emergency
services for the facilities and installation of new. HVAC services may be
required at all City of Alamogordo facilities as requested by the Department of
Facilities Maintenance. Typical services performed under this contract may
include new installation, scheduled repair service and general maintenance.
Additional services performed may include emergency service calls for repairs
on an as needed basis.

Type of Addition: On November 30, 2021, the City of Alamogordo’s Commission awarded the above referenced project to MGS Refrigeration Heating and Cooling Inc. Award Information
Overview: The RFP was advertised on October 17, 2021 in both the Alamogordo Daily News and Albuquerque Journal. The RFP was also sent out directly to 4 local vendors. On November 10, 2021 four (4) proposals were received. MGS Refrigeration Heating and Cooling, Control Equipment Company, PC Automated Controls and Yearout Mechanical. All proposals were reviewed for validity and were determined to be responsive. All proposals were distributed to 3 evaluators. The attached composite score sheet is the results of that evaluation.
