Description: LOCATION: 126 8th Street – Old Etowah Fire Hall The City of Etowah, TN is currently soliciting bids for an asbestos study, asbestos abatement, demolition and site restoration of the former Etowah Fire Hall. The scope of the project is as follows: 1) Asbestos Study of entire structure as required by state 2) Asbestos Abatement of entire structure as required by state 3) Demolition of entire structure including disposal of all debris 4) Site restoration with possible drainage work. This will include seed and sew of entire sight. Bid packets will be available at City Hall located 723 Ohio Avenue, on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.
