Question: In reviewing the request for qualifications, we submit the following questions for review and response. 1. In Section 3. Qualifications: Item C. Prior Project Experience indicates that submitters should "Include five (5) recent (within the last five years) samples of work that the respondent feels most closely parallels the work required under this request." Please confirm that you mean no more than five projects TOTAL that best demonstrate the firm's skillset with the master scope of services items 1-15. We assume the County doesn't desire 5 projects per each item 1-15 i.e. 75 projects. 2. Item 2. Firm History and Organization indicates a request for Organization of personnel and contractors. Please confirm we should focus on the prime submitting firm's qualifications to perform items 1-15 and provide a listing only of firms we would suggest for geotech, wetlands, archaeological, etc. or, do you desire prime firms to propose a specific firm for each and include resumes? It is our goal to keep the submission concise but compliant and it's understood the County has other on-call contract vehicles for some of these services.
