Description: REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF INTEREST

INTRODUCTION
The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA) is requesting Statements of Interest (RFSI) to provide a Fueling Equipment Maintenance Service Agreement for the Downtown Island Airport (DKX) regarding Aviation Fuel. The MKAA reserves the right to engage other providers for services of this nature.
The basic opportunity for the project is listed below, but are not limited to the following -
1. Tank and Tank Area Maintenance for above ground storage tanks and tanks on the trucks for mobile dispensing to include tank cleaning, filtration services, and repairs
2. Fuel Dispensing Equipment from the above ground storage tanks and storage tanks on the trucks for mobile dispensing which include all electronics, calibration of meters, repairs, and preventive maintenance services
3. Review and Validate applicable Environmental Requirements, State Fuel Dispensing Requirements, and other Certifications as noted
SUBMITTAL OF STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
A Statement of Interest of no more than two pages of a standard format business letter which details the experience, qualifications, and capabilities of principles directly involved in an engagement of the potential project shall be submitted. The information will be sent to Mr. Michael Giles, Purchasing Manager, 2055 Alcoa Highway, MKAA 3rd Floor Administration Offices, McGhee Tyson Airport, Alcoa, TN 37701 or michael.giles@tys.org by December 21, 2021 prior to 4:00 PM (EST). Questions by phone will not be accepted. Do not provide fees or other cost proposal information in your Statement of Interest.
