Question: 1. Will the barge be provided by the city or is it to be included in the price of the show? 2. Was last year's show shot from a barge? 3. What size shells have been shot in the past? Example 3", 4", and 5" no cakes 4. What was the budget of your last year's show and do you anticipate this year's show to be similar in cost? 5. Who was your previous provider? 6. are you willing to provide the shell count from your last show?
Response: As stated in the solicitation, the barge is to be provided by and priced by the contractor. Last year's vendor provided the barge and shot the show from the barge. Last year's show was only approximately nine minutes and this year the Town is looking to upgrade to an approximately 20 minute show so the costs and shell count will not be similar. The previous vendor was Falcon Fireworks; the shell type and count from last year's show are not available. All questions will also be posted in an Addendum at the end of the Q&A period.
