Question: The JCSS Terms and Conditions document outlines in 7.0 an Enclosed Supplier Reference Sheet and Supplier Questionnaire and I didn't see these documents, can you please provide the templates. Thank you.
Response: The Supplier Reference Sheet is for references that the vendor can provide on there letterhead. The supplier questionnaire has been replaced with the mandatory scored questions document.
