Question: *Section Two, 8.1 references a bid security but notes it omitted. Please confirm that no bid security is required. *Section Three, 17.1 notes that parties agree to allow other governmental agencies to enter into separate agreements with the Contractor under the terms and prices. Can you omit the pricing reference OR add a caveat that the contractor has to give prior consent to the other agency in regard to the pricing? *Are annual rate modifications such as the use of a Consumer Price Index allowed to cover the annual increases in cost to provide the service?
Response: * As stated in solicitation, no bid security is required. * A modification to Section Three, 17.1 will be issued and published. *Use of CPI for annual increase will be included in annual renewals, if requested at renewal time.
