Description:

The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms with past, proven, positive experiences in providing Tier 3 network, server, general IT service and on-call/as-needed maintenance thereof under a combination fixed price/hourly rate master services agreement.  The target start date for performing these services is July 2021.

 The Town intends to award one non-exclusive Master Services contract to the firm that presents the proposal considered to be of the best value to the Town for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional 1 year periods.  The contract holder will have an opportunity to offer a reasonable rate increase if provided in writing 90 days before any renewal period.
