Question: Our pricing is structured to pack up all of the waste into drums. We price by drum not by line item. Can you go by the overall price we submit vs pricing everything by line item?
Response: Please price by drum. Break the pricing down to what is going into the drums?

Question: Per FOIA, will the University be able to provide the current vendor and contract pricing for Hazardous Waste Disposal?

Question: To clarify - we are to use the sample inventory on pages 8-29 of the Solicitation to provide pricing on the table located on page 7. And the total on page 7 would be the total cost of the sample shipment provided, correct? The table on page 7 would reflect how much we would invoice for the sample shipment provided?
Response: Pages 8-29 is a guide of what might be Disposal. Page 7 pricing is what will be use to disposal of this type of chemicals. Also how much material go to be used to Disposal for these Chemical.

Question: Would the University be willing to grant a one week extension until January 12, 2021?
Response: We have a shipment to dispose of on January 14th. Not sure we will have time to process the bid’s paperwork, cutting it so close. Let me check. I will let you know.

Question: Thank you for checking on the extension. Will the awarded vendor be responsible for the January 14th shipment? The RFP states the successful vendor will be required to pick up waste no later than January 29, 2020 so I just want to make sure our team should expect to plan for a shipment on the 14th should we be awarded.

Question: 1. What is the annual spend for lab pack disposal? 2. Is the sample copy of a hazardous waste manifest that can be shared? 3. Looks like there are 2 events being planned for 2021. Is that correct? 4. Is January 5, 2021 a hard deadline for a bid response? Would there be a consideration of an extension due to the upcoming holidays?
Response: 1.Over $15K. 2.On the bid. 3. There maybe more than 2. 4. Yes. Not at this time.
