Overview: Thank you for sharing your qualifications proposal and taking time to interview. The proposal is a qualification based proposal as the goal of the Board and Administrative Team is to partner with a firm motivated to serve and satisfy the owner and to help realize the owner’s vision, function as well as budgetary goals. The District's Partner Architect(s) are vital team players that provide value-added support that will result in the best use of taxpayer dollars for the long term, not just at bid time. With that said it is very important for our team to understand the proposed methods of compensation and related fees/rates. Please provide an outline of the compensation terms surrounding your proposal by Monday, 9/13 at 2PM. Outlines should be emailed to Joel (Cracchiolo) Scheible, Chief Financial Officer, at joelcracchiolo@lindberghschools.ws.
