Description: The purpose of this project is to build the existing, gravel, Dry Creek Ramp Rd (from Hwy 50 to the 90 degree bend) with a suitable base, asphalt structure, grading, and stormwater improvements which can serve the Twin Creeks Marina when the marina becomes operational.  The project is linear in nature and approximately 0.42 LM long.
