Description: The intent of this invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for all labor, materials and equipment necessary for a qualified contractor(s) to furnish the County requirements of residential demolition services. This contract is an on-call agreement for services on an as-needed basis.

As projects are identified the Contractor will jointly scope the work with the County. The County will prepare a detailed scope of work and issue a Request for Proposal to the contractor. The contractor will then prepare a cost proposal for the Project including a list of subcontractors and construction schedule, and other requested documentation. If the cost proposal is found to be complete and reasonable, a task order may be issued.
