Question 1

Question: Hi Jan, I'm sorry for this second request. I thought I was logged in. My apologies! I want to make sure I read this bid correctly. There are a total of 10-pallets of equipment in your warehouse that are palletized and shrink wrapped? Do you know the estimated weight of each pallet or the estimated total weight of all 10-pallets? We are in Atlanta and if we are awarded the bid, can someone at your location roll the pallets on the truck? If not, then I would need to notify our shipping company. Do you have a dock high dock? What is the physical address of your location so I can get a freight quote? Are all iPads removed from your network? Are any of the Lenovo devices chromebooks and will they be decommissioned from your network? Thank You
Response: Q: There are a total of 10-pallets of equipment in your warehouse that are palletized and shrink-wrapped? A: Yes Q: Do you know the estimated weight of each pallet or the estimated total weight of all 10-pallets? A: We do not know the weight. We can estimate the laptops at 4lbs. We have approximately 250 computers on the pallets. 250 * 4 = 1000lbs. The power adapter pallet probably weighs more. Q: Can someone at your location roll the pallets on the truck? A: We will have all 10 pallets on the loading dock and a pallet jack available. We will not load the pallets on the truck. Q: Do you have a dock high dock? A: Yes. The dock is adjustable. We can accommodate box trucks and regular cabs with up to 53' trailers. A sleeper cab w/ a 53' would be tight, but a skillful operator could dock it. Q: What is the physical address of your location? A: 9400 Watson Rd. St. Louis, MO 63126 Q: Are all iPads removed from your network? A: All iPads were reset and removed from DEP except line item 22 "19 Broken or cannot be reset ipads" Q: Are any of the Lenovo devices Chromebooks? A: All of the Lenovo devices came with Windows installed.
