Question: Any Specific Manufacturer for the shingles and particular color choice?
Response: Color can be the same as the roofing being taken off. We want the shingles to be from a reputable manufacturer that offers an extended warranty.

Question: On the flat roof sections only, are you requiring a full tear-off or a recover, and any specific material required for the recover (i.e. TPO,PVC)?
Response: We want the proposal to reflect full replacement. Then we can discuss if your investigation of the roof shows that to be an unnecessary step. TPO would be our initial choice.
