Question: Could you provide clarification on the selection process for the project as written in paragraphs A, B, and C under Section 1.10 Award of Agreement (page 5)? It seems to conflict with the last sentence of the 1st paragraph under the Scope of Work (page 28) that reads “At the sole discretion of the City, more than one respondent may be selected by the City and awarded a contract as a result of this Request for Qualifications.” In other words, does the City intend to select one or multiple consultants for this Contract?
