Sealed bids will be received by the City of Prattville at 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067 in the Human Resources Conference Room/City Hall until 11:00 A.M. on July 12, 2023, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s license number, license expiration date, category, and address. Envelopes containing bids must be addressed as follows, and mailed or hand-delivered to the City Clerk’s Office Attn: Paula G. Barlow, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067. Re: Roofing of Fire Station #1 Bid No. 023-009.
A Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M. on July 5, 2023, at 942 East Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067.
All questions and requests for project specifications and/or bid documents should be submitted in writing to Lee Carter at lee.carter@prattvilleal.gov.
The scope of work involves furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required to install a PVC membrane roofing system overlay throughout the building, including but not limited to the replacement of the sloped shingled roof system with metal, and various flashing components throughout the facility in accordance with the project documents and manufacturer's requirements.
